Alex Jiang

Alex is an information technology (IT) executive by day and a travel and landscape photographer by night. He has extensive experience with Canon's photography equipment, ranging from the early film days, to the introduction of the EOS D30 in 2000.
When Alex isn't busy overseeing a variety of IT needs, he can frequently be seen behind the lens of his camera, capturing the sights and surroundings native to Southern California and beyond. His go-to lenses include the 11-24mm f/4L USM for landscape photography; the TS-E 17mm f/4L for architectural photography; and the 500mm f/4 L II IS USM for gigapixel panoramic stitching and wildlife photography.
Alex Maysonet
Alex is a New York City-based photographer with a passion for urban exploration (Urbex) photography, the art of exploring and uncovering urban locations that are rarely seen. As an Urbex photographer, he often takes the road less traveled, photographing old or abandoned buildings off the beaten path.
Alex's interest in photography began when he borrowed his friend's EOS Rebel T3i, quickly becoming entranced by the images he was able to capture. Since then, Alex has purchased Canon gear of his own, honing his craft in the areas of landscape, cityscape, nature, and event photography.
