We are happy to welcome you as a customer of the Canon Online Store. Please note that the Canon Online Store is intended for end-user consumers purchasing products for their own personal, household or small office/home office use only. Sales on the Canon Online Store are limited to no more than ten (10) of any one (1) hardware item per customer. Hardware does not include related consumable products (ink, paper, and toner) or accessories. Canon U.S.A. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders as specified more fully below.
When we receive your order, we will send an Order Receipt email to the email address you used to create a Canon Account or to place your order. Your receipt of an Order Receipt email, however, does not signify acceptance of your order by the Canon Online Store, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply acknowledging that we received your order. The Canon Online Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or cancel your order, without penalty, for any reason, including but not limited to, an obvious error in price, or current inventory of the product being depleted.
To place an order, follow the steps below:
You can find items in the Canon Online Store by browsing the categories, searching by product name or item number, or viewing the compatible accessories drop-down menu on our homepage for products that you already own.
When you find an item that interests you, click the product name or image to view additional product details. You may also view a 360° tour of select products by clicking the play button on the product image.
To order a product, enter a number in the quantity field, then click the "Add to Cart" button next to the product image.
If an item is on backorder, you can place an order even though the item is not in stock. Once your order is confirmed and we receive inventory, the product will be shipped to the delivery address you provided in your order. If any of the items you have ordered are on backorder status, you will be notified through a Backorder Notification e-mail, both sent to the email address you used to create a Canon Account or to place your order. If your order includes more than one item, and one or more of the items you ordered is on backorder status it will be noted in the Shipment Confirmation email Once your order is warehoused (order has been sent to our warehouse), you cannot make any changes to your order.
All shipments are subject to our Return Policy.
Upon adding a hardware item to your Cart, you have the option of adding supplies and/or accessories for that product to your cart or viewing your cart and beginning checkout.
If you choose to add supplies and/or accessories to your Cart, if desired, you can view the universal cart in the top section of the page, next to the shopping cart icon.
You can view the Shopping Cart by clicking on Checkout in the top section of the page.
In the Shopping Cart, you can change the quantity of each item, or delete any items that you no longer want to purchase.
From the Shopping Cart you can choose to checkout or to continue shopping.
To proceed with the checkout process, click the "Start Checkout" button.
The Canon Online Store offers three (3) checkout options:
In order to verify payment and delivery information, enter your billing and shipping information on the Checkout page. Your billing information must match that on file with your credit/debit card issuer. If you are using a gift card your billing address must match the address you registered with the card issuer. The shipping address must be a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. boxes, and we do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please avoid using "vanity addresses," as this could result in a delay in delivery.
Once you have completed all of the required fields, click "continue" to advance.
The next page will display shipping options and rates for shipping and handling charges. Select the radio button for the shipping method of your choice and click continue.
Choose your card type and enter the credit/debit/gift card number (without spaces), card identification number, expiration date and the cardholder's name.
Next, click the "Continue" button. For detailed information on our acceptable payment methods, please see the Payment Options section.
At the bottom of the Payment Method and Order Review Page, you can check your billing & shipping information and delivery method, as well as the items included in your order.
Once you have confirmed that your order details are correct, click the place order button to complete the checkout process.
Once you have submitted your order you will be shown your order receipt. We recommend printing this page for your records. If you cannot print the page, be sure to retain the order number for your records.
If you have an account with the Canon Online Store you can see your pending or past orders by clicking the Canon Account link at the top of any page and clicking on View Previous Orders.
Check Order Status & Tracking
To view your order status and order details, click the Order Status link and enter your order number, last name, and the billing zip code.
If you have a Canon Account, you may log in to Canon Account to review the date and time that the order was placed, order number & status, and total charges for orders placed within the last two years.
By selecting an order number, you can view the item(s) ordered and the tracking number(s) for shipped items. The tracking number links directly to the shipment/tracking information on the FedEx® Website.
After an order has been submitted, we communicate by email to keep you informed about its status. You will receive updates at the email address that you used to create a Canon Account or to place your order.

The Canon Online Store makes it simple to take advantage of special offers, promotions, and discounts.

The Canon Online Store will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at the Canon Online Store, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All merchandise returned to the Canon Online Store must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by the Canon Online Store, in its sole discretion, to be defective.
If an item is on backorder, you can place an order although the item is not in stock. Once your order is received and confirmed and we receive inventory, the product will be shipped to your delivery address. The Canon Online store now offers a service called FedEx Ground. This service is an economically priced shipping service offered by FedEx and offers delivery Monday-Friday. FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Priority Overnight orders received before 12:30 pm ET are typically processed on the day we receive your order, subject to the Shipping Delays section below. FedEx Ground orders are typically processed by 5:30 pm ET on the next business day, subject to the Shipping Delays section below.
(For example: if we receive your order before 12:30 p.m. ET on a Monday and you select FedEx Priority Overnight delivery, your estimated order arrival date will be on the next day, i.e., on Tuesday. If we receive your order after 12:30 p.m. ET on a Monday and you select FedEx Priority Overnight delivery, your estimated order arrival date will be two days later, i.e., on Wednesday.)
Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends or holidays. Therefore, if we receive your order after 12:30 p.m. ET on a Friday and you have selected FedEx Priority Overnight delivery, your estimated order arrival date will be the following Tuesday, and if we receive your order after 12:30 p.m. ET on a Friday and you have selected FedEx 2nd Day Air delivery, your estimated order arrival date will be the following Wednesday, subject to the Shipping Delays section below.

Credit/Debit Card
The Canon Online Store accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. You must use a U.S. credit/debit card with U.S. billing and shipping addresses (for details, see Shipping and Handling). Your card will not be charged until your order ships. If your card expires before the order is shipped, we will notify you and ask you to enter the credit/debit card number again with the new expiration date.

Gift Card
The Canon Online Store now accepts gift cards from Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please select the checkbox for gift cards and enter your card information on the Payment Info and Order Review page of the checkout process.
If you are using a gift card in addition to an accepted credit or debit card for your payment, please enter the gift card information first, and then enter the information for the accepted credit/debit card. Please register your gift card with the card issuer (providing your name and billing address) and confirm the available balance prior to placing your order.
Multiple Payments
The Canon Online Store allows you to split your payment across multiple accepted cards. You can combine gift/pre-paid cards (issued by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) and credit/debit cards.
If you are using a gift card and an accepted credit or debit card for payment, please enter the gift card information first, then enter the credit/debit card information. Please register your gift card with the card issuer (providing your name and billing address) and confirm the available balance prior to placing your order.

The estimated ship date is the approximate date that we expect to receive the pre-ordered item at our warehouse. This date is not a guarantee of shipment. All pre-order ship dates are approximate and are subject to change without notice.
Orders that include pre-order items will ship in full once we receive stock of each item in our warehouse. In-stock items ordered with the pre-ordered products will ship when the pre-ordered item is available.
